Bootcamp classes are a great way to get some of the personal training results at a fraction of the cost. By using functional training techniques and HIIT movements, no two workouts are ever the same. Classes usually contain anywhere from 3 people to 15 people. Each workout consists of 60 minutes- including a warm up, demonstration of movements, and a cool/down stretch. Every class is led by an experienced personal trainer and is designed to be fun, high energy, and challenging so that you can feel the results.

Modifications are demonstrated to all workout programs to fit your individual fitness goals and fitness levels. All members are encouraging, uplifting, and you will feel like part of a team, while challenging yourself individually.
